Polyptron.AI + Kometa PACS
Polyptron.AI is endoscopy software: video capture and recording from the endoscopy tower, AI assistance during colonoscopy, snapshots of findings and a report. Developed by Medical Case and presented as a joint project (collaboration) of Kometa-med and Polyptron.AI.
An end-to-end workflow from the tower to the region: video, snapshots and the report are linked to the patient and the exam, stored in Kometa PACS and available to hospital and regional clinicians through the HIS / regional HIS.

Polyptron.AI installs and configures its software. Kometa configures the hardware-software complex, PACS, archive and viewing, and integrates with hospital and regional information systems. Together the parties define the standard configuration, interfaces, test protocol, support and a single commercial offer.

Polyptron.AI connects to the video output of the endoscopy tower, records the exam, assists the physician during colonoscopy and produces snapshots of findings and a report. The results are sent to Kometa PACS and become part of the patient history.

The first scenario validates the whole path from the tower to the region. Then joint products are connected, platform independence is confirmed and the application catalogue grows.
First working loop
Polyptron.AI + Kometa + HIS. Video, snapshots and the report are linked to the patient and the exam.
Materials open; the result is delivered, failures are visible.
Second working loop
A jointly developed product, for example pathology: image collection and storage by Kometa, analysis and the link to endoscopy by Medical Case.
