We are confident in our products, so we offer real work instead of a presentation: you get the Kometa system deployed in your organization and use it for three months in real conditions — with your studies, doctors and equipment.
The pilot project helps you assess how the system fits your processes, how convenient it is for doctors and IT specialists, and what effect it delivers — before signing a contract.

How the pilot works
Request
You submit a request on the website or contact a manager. We clarify goals, equipment and the expected result.
Pilot agreement
We agree on the solution scope, timeline, responsible persons and evaluation criteria. A confidentiality agreement is signed if needed.
Deployment
We install the system, connect equipment, configure integrations and train your staff.
Work and support
For three months you use the system in real practice. We stay in touch: helping, collecting feedback and fine-tuning the setup.
Results and decision
We summarize the results against the agreed criteria and decide together whether to move to a contract.
What happens after three months
When the pilot ends, you make the decision without pressure:
- Move to a contract — the system keeps working without reinstallation; all accumulated data and settings are preserved.
- Stop — we hand over the accumulated studies in standard DICOM format and delete the data on our side.
- No hidden fees: the pilot does not oblige you to buy.
Frequently asked questions
Who can take part in the pilot project?
Any medical organization: private clinics and diagnostic centers, public institutions, regional networks and laboratories.
How much does it cost?
The pilot is free. You do not pay for licenses, deployment, training or support for three months.
Do we need to buy equipment or servers?
No. The system can be deployed in the Kometa cloud. If you prefer an on-premise installation, we agree on server requirements in advance.
Is it safe for patient personal data?
Yes. Kometa products are registered as medical devices; data is stored and transferred in accordance with Russian legislation. A confidentiality agreement can be signed before the pilot starts.
Can the pilot be extended?
If three months were objectively not enough, the term can be discussed individually with a manager.
What if we already have a PACS?
Kometa can run alongside your existing system or receive studies from it. This is a common pilot scenario.
